Framing is used to add an extra contrast to your photos, making them to look more professional.

This tab supports adding a digital frame to an image. The changes are shown instaneously in the preview area. Please note that the preview shows the final results, scaled down to fit the size of the preview box.

The first combobox allows the mode selection. "Overimpose" means that the frame is overimposed on the image. The "add" option puts the whole photograph into the frame, without loosing any of the pixels (see the difference in the picture below).

The next combobox allows the selection of the thickness (height, respectively width of the horizontal, respectively vertical stripes). When adding an image into the frame, the frame thickness is added to the image width and height. As opposed, overimposing will not change the image size.

The next controls allow the selection of the frame color, respectively its transparency. The transparency only plays a role for overimposed frames. When adding a frame, it is ignored, since no background is available on the framespace.
