The login form for Google Picasa is only displayed if no username and password were provided in the Output Directory Tab of the Add/Edit Format form or alternatively if the entered data was wrong (like password changed in the meantime).

The login form for Picasa WEB Albums is shown below:

In the case that Google requires the user to enter a CAPTCHA, this form will change its layout to accommodate the captcha input controls.

The username and password entered in this form are not saved to any configuration files as opposed to the ones entered in the Output Directory Tab. If you have made any error when providing the login data in the format definition, please correct it there. The reason of handling those two input forms differently is that we want to give users that do not want to have any of their login data saved locally on the computer an opportunity to do it.

If you press Cancel, the Picasa upload will be skipped. The conversion of the files and the upload to other sites are not influenced in any way by this.
