When taking photographs you will hold sometimes the camera vertical to be able to capture more from the scene. The resulting photo will be rotated with 90° clockwise or counter-clockwise (depeding if you rotated the camera to your left or to your right). Most high end cameras are able to sense this and will add this information to the picture in form of an EXIF entry.

AZImage is able to automatically interpret the EXIF entry and rotate the image accordingly (the checkbox "Auto-rotate using EXIF Information". You can also chose to rotate/flip the images in an arbitrary way by selecting it from the drop-down list.

Default is no rotation at all (no EXIF data is interpreted as well).

When you are ready, just press "Next" to go to the next step (see Output Directory).
